Return Eligibility
1.1. Ebook returns will only be accepted within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the customer must not have read more than 10% of the ebook. This is determined by the progress or page count recorded in the ebook reading software provided by MatthewArtificial.
Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer support team within the specified 24-hour period, providing the following information:

Ebook title
Valid reason for return
2.2. The customer support team will assess the eligibility for return based on the provided information. If the return is deemed eligible, further instructions will be provided to the customer.
2.3. The customer will be responsible for returning the ebook in its original, unaltered format. This includes deleting or removing the ebook from all devices and software where it has been downloaded or accessed.
Refund
3.1. If the return is approved and all conditions are met, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days of receiving the returned ebook.
3.2. The refund will be processed for the original purchase price of the ebook, excluding handling charges.
3.3. MatthewArtificial reserves the right to deduct a reasonable fee from the refund if the ebook is not returned in its original format or if it has been significantly read beyond the allowable 10% limit.
Non-Refundable Situations
4.1. Returns requested after the specified 24-hour period will not be accepted.
4.2. Ebook returns will not be accepted if the customer has read more than 10% of the ebook.
4.3. No refunds will be issued for ebooks that have been altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way.
4.4. Any promotional or discounted purchases may be subject to additional non-refundable conditions, which will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.
